Company News | Zheng Zhenyu Appointed as Chairman of Robonets, Bringing New Cooperation Opportunities

On October 30, 2025, in accordance with relevant Chinese laws and regulations as well as the company's articles of association, and following deliberation and unanimous approval by all directors, Zheng Zhenyu was elected Chairman of Robonets, with his term commencing on the date the board resolution was adopted.

Mr. Zheng Zhenyu currently serves as Chairman of Mengdong Mining Construction, a leading mine haulage contractor. With decades of experience in the mining industry, he has engaged with the sector from multiple perspectives, possessing solid mine operations and management capabilities along with deep technical expertise. He is a versatile leader who has grown up on the front lines of the mining industry.

After taking office, Chairman Zheng Zhenyu expressed his gratitude to the board, shareholders, and all employees, and outlined directional plans for the company's future development. Company directors Li Yamin and Liu Jianbin attended the inauguration ceremony.

Mr. Ren Shuangling of Ordos Lingdong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., Mr. Zhang Xiaodong, General Manager of Inner Mongolia Mengdong Mining Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., and Mr. Zhang Bopeng, Chairman of Inner Mongolia Hanshi Mining Engineering Co., Ltd., were invited to conduct a business visit to the company. Lingdong Construction is an influential engineering services provider in the Mengxi region, broadly engaged in mining and construction businesses, with over a thousand pieces of mining equipment and extensive engineering experience. Hanshi Mining is a subsidiary of Poly Group, primarily engaged in construction services with Grade-1 General Contracting qualification for mining engineering construction; its operations span the country. During the visit, Mr. Ren Shuangling gained an in-depth understanding of the company's technology stack and project portfolio, expressed strong recognition of Robonets' autonomous driving solution, and the two parties reached an initial cooperation intent.

Mr. Zheng Zhenyu and Mengdong Mining Construction have long provided important support for Robonets' development. In December 2024, they completed the Pre-A round financing as the exclusive investor, becoming an important shareholder and close partner of Robonets.

Mr. Zheng Zhenyu's appointment as Chairman reflects his recognition of Robonets' R&D and project delivery capabilities, as well as his confidence in the company's future. Under his leadership, Robonets and Mengdong Mining Construction will further deepen their cooperation, strengthening the integration of cutting-edge technology with the traditional engineering industry, and supporting the industry's transformation and upgrade through technological innovation.
